The site offers the information you need for a holiday or short break in Belfast. It has 1,000,000 hits per month and 30,000 unique users to the site so it made sense for them to add a gift shop to the range of services.
Setting up the pages for the online shop for nearly 200 products lines was one thing but the challenge was going to be how they would approach fulfilling the orders that would come through. They did not have the facilities or the personnel to do this.

www.houseladder.co.uk is an e-commerce site based in the UK but is about to expand into the US. The site provides advice and the tools to allow members of the public to sell or let their property without incurring estate agent fees.
They also supply packs containing FOR SALE and TO LET boards.
The organisation is growing so to have the owner storing more than 400 packs then fulfilling each order and taking them to the post office each day became a time consuming and painstaking task.
TDS now undertake all of this for houseladder and its owner Mark Behling has stated that it saves him at least 2.5 man days per week by outsourcing in this way. We have freed him up to focus on the continued growth of his business.

Their first featured range was Rina Mara who had created a unique combination of seaweed and marine algae based beauty products.
