The official visitor information and accommodation reservation website for Belfast – www.gotobelfast.com.

The site offers the information you need for a holiday or short break in Belfast. It has 1,000,000 hits per month and 30,000 unique users to the site so it made sense for them to add a gift shop to the range of services.

Setting up the pages for the online shop for nearly 200 products lines was one thing but the challenge was going to be how they would approach fulfilling the orders that would come through. They did not have the facilities or the personnel to do this.

TDS met this challenge by taking all products into storage, providing stock control, order assembly, worldwide distribution and the management of the whole process, leaving BVCB to concentrate on what they do best.
